When you submit the quote request form on our Contact page, we receive:

  • Your name
  • Your phone number
  • Your vehicle or equipment type
  • The service you're looking for
  • A description of the issue (optional)

You provide this voluntarily. We only receive it if you choose to submit the form.

Information collected automatically — Google Fonts

Every page on this site loads display and body fonts from Google's servers (fonts.googleapis.com). When your browser requests these font files, Google LLC automatically receives your IP address, browser type, and operating system. PSI Diesel Repair does not receive or store this data — it goes directly to Google.

No cookies or tracking

This website does not use cookies, analytics software (such as Google Analytics), advertising trackers, session recording tools, or any other tracking technology. We do not build a profile of your visit.

3. Why We Collect It and How We Use It

  • Contact form: We use your name, phone number, vehicle type, and service description only to respond to your quote request and arrange service. We do not use it for marketing, and we do not share it beyond what is necessary to deliver the service.
  • Google Fonts: We load fonts from Google's servers so the website displays correctly in your browser. We have no control over the data Google collects when serving these fonts. See Google's Privacy Policy for details.

4. Who We Share It With

We do not sell your personal information. We use two third-party services that may process your data as part of operating this website:

Our footer contains a link to our Facebook page. This is a plain hyperlink — no Facebook code, tracking pixel, or embed runs on this site. Clicking the link takes you to Facebook's website, which is governed by Facebook's own privacy policy.

5. Cross-Border Processing

This website is hosted by Netlify Inc. in the United States. When you submit the contact form, your information is stored on Netlify's servers located in the United States. Font requests are processed by Google LLC on servers that may also be located in the United States or elsewhere outside Canada.

Under PIPEDA, your personal information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where it is subject to U.S. law — including laws that may permit access by U.S. government or law enforcement authorities without notice to you.

By submitting a quote request through our contact form, you acknowledge that your information will be stored and processed in the United States.

6. How Long We Keep It and How It's Protected

Contact form submissions: Form submissions are stored by Netlify until we delete them.   • All pages are served over HTTPS, which encrypts data in transit between your browser and Netlify's servers.

  • No financial information (credit card numbers, banking details) is collected through this website.

7. Your Rights

Under PIPEDA, you have the right to:
